As the Director of Operations – Order Management & Purchasing, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team and lead our efforts in purchasing and order management. Flawless execution of our clients’ orders is the goal and is the foundational to why our clients look to us for their swag!

The Director of Operations position is responsible for creating and continually improving our order management and vendor fulfillment process for our swag boxes. You will own the overall performance of the order flow, create and manage internal and external SLAs and SOPs. As we grow you will be instrumental in defining “how” we do things better, smarter, faster.

  • Responsible for managing a consistent and smooth order management process and all of its moving parts
  • Manages a mid-sized team, as well as outsourced operations partners and their performance
  • Directs spend to preferred suppliers to optimize margins and efficiency
  • Creates and owns the workflows, SOPs and SLAs of the order management team
  • Communicates and aligns with stakeholders across the organization


  • Promotional product experience
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in operations supporting sales and production (5 years +)
  • Promotional products industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing a team with aggressive internal SLAs
  • Outsourced partner management experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret a variety of data points to derive insight, make decisions and solve problems
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to partner across the organization and externally
  • Partners with the merchandising and vendor management team to optimize products and relationships


  • Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and proposes solutions
  • Relentless about executing flawlessly to satisfy our clients’ needs
  • Develops processes and systems that allow the business to scale while lowering costs
  • Aligns the operations with the sales, marketing, sourcing and merchandising initiatives

    Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000
